Maritime Services - Speciality Vessel supply and Lease
We specialize in the supply and Lease rental of high – performance specialty vessels, built and certified to meet operational standards within Nigeria’s maritime and offshore sectors. Our vessels are designed for safety, durability, and efficiency in demanding environments
Fire Fighting & Rescue Boat
We supply combined crew rescue and advanced firefighting boats equipped with power water cannons, foam systems, and rapid response capacities. These vessels are essential for combating offshore and waterfront fires, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted offshore operations.
They are high-performance aluminium vessels built for rapid response in maritime emergencies. Measuring 13.6 – 15meters in length and powered by up to three 300hp outboard engines, it can achieve speeds of up to 40 knots with a 5-hour endurance at cruising speed. Equipped with a powerful fire pump (approx. 700 m³/hr), foam tanks, and a remotely operated fire monitor, the boats are designed for effective firefighting at sea. Key features include watertight divisions for unsinkability, a man-overboard recovery system, advanced navigation and communication systems, and life-saving equipment for up to 10 people. Our purpose-built boats blend speed, safety, and rescue capability in one robust platform.
Platform Support Vessels (PSV)
Our platform support vessels are designed to deliver dependable logistics and operational assistance to offshore platforms. These vessels are equipped for the secure transportation of cargo, equipment, fuel, and personnel, thereby facilitating consistent and efficient offshore operations.
Provision of Work Boats including Fire Barges
Our company provides a range of specialized work boats designed for offshore and coastal operations, including fire barges, crew boats, utility vessels, and other marine support craft. These vessels typically range from 10 to 60 meters in length and are built with durable steel or aluminum hulls to ensure long-term performance in demanding environments. Powered by twin diesel engines producing between 800 and over 3,000 horsepower, they can reach speeds of 10 to 25 knots and operate continuously for several days, supported by fuel capacities of 10,000 to 60,000+ liters.
Among the fleet, fire barges are equipped with advanced firefighting capabilities, including FiFi 1 or FiFi 2 systems. These systems feature high-capacity pumps (up to 7,200 m³/hr), monitors (1,200–2,400 m³/hr), and foam tanks ranging from 2,000 to 10,000 liters. Fire barges are designed to support crews of 5 to 20 personnel, with onboard accommodations, galley facilities, and integrated navigation systems such as radar, GPS, and AIS.
Additional features across our vessels may include cranes, deck winches, dynamic positioning (DP1/DP2), and pollution control systems. All vessels are built to meet international classification standards (e.g., ABS, DNV, BV) and adhere to flag-state regulations, including compliance with NIMASA requirements in Nigeria

SUPPLY OF COMPRESSOR SKID PACKAGES
We supply gas engine-driven reciprocating gas compressors, both HP and VR units, in complete skid packages of various MMSCFD capacities (ARIEL WAUKESHA compressor brands with CAT engines).
The gas compressor models conform to API 618, ISO 13631, and other relevant standards, as well as any other additional applicable specifications required for the client’s project.
LINE PIPE PROCUREMENT
We are able to source and supply line pipes ranging from ½” to 20” through our network of ISO 9001-certified mills, equipped with world-class laboratories that ensure quality assurance in materials, welding processes, dimensional testing, and certification.
OCTG Pipes: Drill pipes, casing pipes, tubing pipes, couplings, and connections.
Design, Engineering and Construction

Our Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) design includes pendant LED shelter lighting, fire and gas (F&G) systems, extended firewater systems with sprinklers, instrument air systems, relief PSV systems, drain systems, control systems, and more. We also conduct procedure qualifications, welders’ qualification tests, material inspections, work procedure development, and QA/QC documentation.
All our engineering designs undergo the necessary regulatory approvals prior to construction, including Permit and Consent (P&C), Concept and FEED approval, case studies, HAZOP studies, Detailed Engineering Design (DED) approval, approval to construct, PSSR, and others.

The rigs available through our partners range from high-pressure and conventional offshore semi-submersibles/jack-ups to heavy-duty swamp/land rigs and lightweight rigs suitable for work over and well abandonment operations.
